We researched and wrote a unique, groundbreaking policy research publication - Equality and sexual orientation: the leadership challenge for further education - published by the Centre for Excellence in Leadership (CEL) in 2006. Setting out a strategy for sexual orientaton equality in the further education sector the study draws on the views of college principals, learners and lesbian, gay and bisexual college staff and extensive fieldwork throughout England. “Towards a Teaching Force fit for the 21st Century” was researched and written for Berkshire Learning and Skills Council in 2005. It sets out a Berkshire wide strategy for recruiting and retaining black and minority ethnic further education lecturers.

We researched and wrote “Equality in Action,” published by Kent and Medway Learning and Skills Council in 2004. It brings together good equality and diversity practice from across the sector and is used by the LSC to promote good practice.
