Thank you for visiting our website. We are an expert, specialist equality and diversity consultancy for the learning and skills sector. We were established by Phil Barnett in 2002 following his work as the
national Learning and Skills Council’s first Director of Equality and Diversity and his long
career in further and adult education and with the
Commission for Racial Equality. We work throughout the UK with:
- learning and skills councils
- further education colleges
- work based learning providers
- adult and community learning providers.
We support clients to respond to learning and employment needs related to race, gender, disability, age, learning difficulties and sexual orientation. Our work is directed at removing barriers to success and promoting and celebrating difference and diversity. Everything the consultancy does is shaped by the values of equality of opportunity, respect and openness. We focus on outcomes and empowerment and combine practicality, expertise and commitment.
